I recently had Outlook Express as my mail account, however, I needed the
calendar and task capabilites of Outlook. I imported the OE information to
Outlook, now whenever I load Outlook it is looking for the user name and
password for the server, there are three boxes each time; I guess to retrieve
the mail. It comes up with it every time, it is very annoying. Is there
anyway to stop this from happening?

tools, accounts, view or change accounts... select your account and click
Change. Under More Settings enter the logon information for your mail
server. It may be better to delete the account and recreate it.

Thanks, Diane. I will try that. Also I cannot use the stationery or
signature options in Outlook, can you help me with that also? Are these
issues happening because I imported from OE? I don't know what the server
password information is, how do I find that out, do I have to contact my
system administrator?

In Outlook, click Tools>Options>Mail Format. The Stationery and Signature
options are controlled there.

Use whatever you used in Outlook Express. You can import your OE account in
Outlook with File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail Account Settings.
