Server pinging but not accessible

My win 2k server is pinging but is not accessible from client machines.
Displays '\\<Server Machine Name> The network name cannot be found'. This
problem is preventing any new machine to be added to the domain.

Your internal clients must use STRICTLY the internal DNS server (set)
which can resolve internal names.

(Post your unedited text output from "IPConfig /all" from a problem client
or server.)

Every DC should pass a complete "DCDiag /all" with no FAIL or WARN
messages.
