Server Not recognised

I have recently signed up to Talk Talk broadband. I have a talk talk email
address, however I have to go on the talk talk website enter my email
address and password to access my emails. I want to use Windows Mail but
when I try to set up an account an error message appears stating that it
cannot connect to POP3 server. I have checked the name of the incoming and
outgoing server with talk talk which I have entered each time I try to set
up the account.

I would be most grateful of any help as I am new to this!

Tracey it will help greatly if you copy and paste the complete error message
that you get when you try to connect.
 
Copy the error message (right-click, copy), and paste it into a reply here.
