Server Maintenance

Hello:

Peobably and odd request but I am looking for any pre-made forms or excel
spreadsheet that I can use to track server maintenance, applications
residing on servers etc. Nothing elaborate. Already run inventory software
but this misses the mark for what I need. Is there anything out there or
does anyone have any excel spreadsheets that fit this bill?
