server lockup problem

Problem: Two of our W2K servers are locking up each night around 9pm. The
Event logs don't appear to be helpful here. Any tips on what performance
logs/auditing I should do to troubleshoot? My best guess is a disk backup
process running nightly causing a lockup. Thanks all

Changing the backup time should verify that supposition.
