Need help with this one.

All users are setup exactly the same (i.e., there network settings). This
one individual was able to browse the network and see files on the server
and other PC's. Now he gets the following error:

\\Server is not accessible.

There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon
request.

He can browse the internet, get email and even see other PC through My
Network Places. This error happens when he tries to actually go to
another PC and view files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've checked DNS and WINS ... all
is setup correctly.

There are literally dozens of reasons why this could happen depending on the
details of your configuration.

If you are running a true domain, then I would first unjoin and rejoin that computer
to reset the machine account. Then make sure that permissions are
granted to that user on the shares he is trying to view.

If this is a workgroup-only, then most likely that user's password has
been changed on his machine, and you now need to change it on the other
machines to match. [He needs his account name and password on each
computer so that it can authenticate him when he connects.]

If you still have problems, check the system event logs on that computer
at the time he attempts the connect to see what may be happening.
