On our domain controllers locally the following error will appear every
couple of weeks, numerous entries will appear, then after a few hours you
cannot connect to system through terminal services no more.

these server localy that have this problem are windows 2000 domain
controllers.

When the issues arises if you try to modify a gpo or read the event logs
remotely you get a "not enough server storage space available"

Must reboot server to resolve.

Any help greatly appreciated.
