server full

I keep getting messages from my server saying that I need to be saving my
mail to my PC.. I thought I was doing that by hitting the send/recieve
button. what is not set up correctly on windows mail to correct this?

WM>tools>accounts>select the account>properties>advanced, remove the
checkmark from leave copy on the server.
 
Go to Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced and uncheck the option
to leave the messages on the server.
