When using the FP Server Extension snapin, I get the warning:

"The server administration programs and the server extensions are not
compatable. The administration program is too old to use with this server."

I'm not sure where to take this since this is a pretty new (Dec 05) machine
and I use Office XP. All updates that I know of have been applied.

Go to Server Extensions Administrator, or similar wording under Control Panel | Admin Tools

Ok, then open IIS MMC, then right click on the default web, then select Check Extensions.
