Server Extensions Error

I have created a form in which the results get emailed to
an email address. However when I submit the form I get
the following error:

Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions' Smart HTML
interpreter on this non-HTML page:

If anyone could help I would be extremely grateful. I am
rather new to server extensions & IIS!

Does the form page or confirmation page have any ASP coding or a .asp
extension? That would cause this error.
