Server Error

Hi can anyone help? I have recently downloaded a track album by website and
can't listen to it. The server error reads - Server Error in '/bp_sbdrmv7app'
; Application login failed for user.

I have WMP11, can download anythin but this track. Thank you.
 
The "drm" in the error stands for Digital Rights Management. Which
means it is a protected file.

You can't use DRM'd files in this fashion. You'll have to burn them to an
Audio CD and re-rip as unprotected files.
