Server Error, sercurity violation

I had created a web and published it to the web. I
maintained it using front page fairly regularly. For
various reason,s I needed to uninstall and then reinstall
all of office 2000. Now front page will not publish to
the web. I am getting an errir message saying sercurity
violation. I do not know what to do. If anyone has any
ideas, that would be fantastic. If it matters I am
running win98 2nd ed.
 
What is the error number and when do you get it
