Server error message when updating database

I'm using FP 2003 with W-XP. I've not had a problem with my databases, but
all of a sudden... I'm using a database I've used many times. It's verified,
etc. I've just added another form field. But when I go into Form Properties,
Options in an attempt to update the database, I get this error:

server encountered an error while processing a database request.

I completed the registration form on my Website and the confirmation page
comes up. I checked the server, and all the info I put in is there...except
the answers in the new form field.

I have no idea where to start looking for a solution. Any ideas? Thanks in
advance.
 
What is the form field name you added
- make sure it is not a dupe and not a reserved word
