Server Error: Cannot close file ".structure.cnf.tmp"

I keep getting the above server error when trying to delete pages to update
my personal home pages. I recently migrated my site to Roadrunner from
Adelphia due to the buyout. I did not have such problems under Adelphia.
Any help/advice would be greatly apprieciated. I have contacted RR but
tried their suggestions to no avail.
 
This is either a permissions problem - run (or ask RR) Server Health or
reinstall the FrontPage extensions to correct, or you have run out of
space.
Cannot close file ".filename.extension.tmp" is a typical indication of
the allocated web space being full.
