J Jetro Mar 11, 2004 #4 This is not a Duplex question, really Set server NIC to Auto mode, thus you check a real speed available in your environment. If the speed proves to be lower than your expectations, check the wiring, drivers, and NIC itself. Fix it and lock the LinkSpeed and Duplex.
