server dissappears and reappears

When my internet conection is NOT working on my server I
can see it on the network. When it IS working I cant see
it on my network. Also no of the other computers on my
network can access the internet. Help

Are you using Internet Connection Sharing? Sounds like
the Server may be using the last IP, or ONLY IP address.
If using ICS, are you running your network cabling
properly? The ICS SHARING adapter should be the only
thing connecting to your ISP's network. The server's 2nd
adapter would be connecting exclusively to your INSIDE
network.

If you have all the machines plugged into a simple
hub/switch, and are relying upon your ISP to delegate the
IP addresses (DHCP), do you have enough IP address slots
for the number of machines?
