Server crashing

Hi,

One of our servers is causing a problem with l;ocking up the client machines
trying to access it. On trying to access the server, it crashed. The event
log showed the following error message. I could not find anythin on
Microsoft or google. Can anybody tell me what it is? thanks in advance.

this computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was 0x0000000a
(oxoooooo16, oxoooooo1c, oxoooooooo, 0x80434688), Microsfot Windows 2000
(v15.2195), a full dump was not saved

Try turning off the auto reboot "feature" by

Press Windows Key and Pause
<System Properties opens>
Advanced tab
Startup and Recovery... button
untick the Automatically Reboot option
click OK
click OK
click OK
Click Yes to restart

then if it crashes again it will show a blue scrren with the last
accessed driver. This often gives an indication of which device is
causing this type of problem. Once identified try updating (or using an
older version) of the driver.
