Server connection timed out

I have a client at work that when trying to use FR2002 SP2, using the
import feature to send a document to a website, the client usually gets
a 'server connection timed out' error message. If he goes to another
computer, the import works without a problem. I created a test document
(test.doc) which was 5 KB and was able to import it to the website but
was unable to import the original file which is 180 KB. I don't know
what the server is...I think it is MS server 2003 but uncertain. The
client is using Windows XP SP1. The process used to work up until about
1 week ago...some files can send while others time out. For both
computers, the client logs in using his account so this isn't the
problem.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks.

"The process used to work up until about 1 week ago"

Can you tell us anything that changed within the last week on the client or
the server?

I will check on Monday when I return to work...Are there any suggestions that
you may suggest? I was going to change the proxy but since I can get a file to
import, I don't think it is the proxy. I don't think it is the server since the
client can use his account on another computer and it works fine.

I was thinking of running netstat to verify if the state of the connection with
the server but since the error message is almost instantaneous, I don't think I
will see any change in the connection state.

Will get back to you.
