Server connection probem

Hi!
One of the Access database users has problem with the connection to the
server where is located all the maps, files and database of course. Efter
some period of time 50 % of his maps, files which are placed on server
disappear. He can reach them only if he start again the computer. Do somebody
knows why it happens?
Other users don't have such problem.

Bad network card? Bad cable? Virus?

This sounds like a networking problem, not an Access problem.
