Server Busy / Program Busy

Did someboby had this messages in a popup window named "Server Busy" during
the logging of an user just after booting the computer. The popup had a
message about a busy program and asking to "Switch to, Retry or Cancel". If I
tried Switch to or Cancel the Microsaoft anti-Spyware don't load. If I use
retry eventually the Anti-spyware load. This problem occurs very frequently.
So I ask help about it.
 
This is not one that I've seen myself. You might try an update reinstall of
Microsoft Antispyware--it takes only a few seconds, and it might help.

Start, Control panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware, change,
update.

I get this and it turns out its Microsoft ActiveSync
 
I started seeing this "Server Busy" box after loading MS Anti-Spyware as
well. Any way to resolve it other than hitting the "Retry" button
repeatedly? It is very annoying...
