to re-connection or do you need to reboot the server? can you ping each
other by ip?

Yes, I can always ping my servers from XP computers, but
i can not acess shares! All my W2K clients is working
fine!
And, then this happens, I can normally run the logon
script again (bat file, using "NET USE") but sometimes a
got an error message saying that i can not use this
username bacause this is already tried, so then I use
another username it works.....for a while...

I am writing a tip for http://www.ChicagoTech.net and this tip will be
published soon.
Automatic Reconnection Issue
By default, the Automatic Reconnection feature is turned on in Windows XP
Service Pack 1 (SP1). If it doesn't work, 1) make sure you have installed
SP1; 2) re-set the fDisableAutoReconnect. To do this
1.. Start Registry Editor, and then locate the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal
Services

2.. Add a new DWORD value that is named fDisableAutoReconnect to this
registry key.
3.. Set the fDisableAutoReconnect value data to either 1 or 0. A value of
1 means that Automatic Reconnection is turned off. A value of 0 means that
Automatic Reconnection is turned on.
