server 69.20.62.53 attack my computer, search200.com

A called server 69.20.62.53 has been attacking my computer by automatically
opening IE with such as http:// 69.20.62.53/yyy1.html, or http://
69.20.62.53/yyy2.html, then dating.html. Does someone have any idea about it
or about I could protect my computer from the attacking?
My computer is running
XP,
IE6

I have applied Ad-aware 6.0 and Spybot to scan my computer and fix the
problems. But It doesn't help me get rid of "search.com" and "http://
69.20.62.53/yyy1.html".

Spybot and Adaware wouldn't do it - thanks a lot! - the
fix worked. However, my Media Player was disabled
apparently at the same time CoolWeb invaded my computer.
It still doesn't work, even after the fix. Any
suggestions. Many many thanks.
