Server 2003 VIA Rhine II LAN Driver

Greetings,

I have a Soyo KT-400 Dragon Ultra (Black) motherboard with a VIA
Onboard LAN controller (Rhine II). The driver provided is for Windows
2000/NT/XP, but I can't find one which will install on Server 2003.

Any thoughts?
