I've been tasked with the fun of trying to resolve some issues that my work
has been having with problem rebooters and I need a little bit of help.

Basically, I'm getting a variety of issues, but the most common is the black
screen with a cursor as the system shuts down. I was wondering if anyone
knew what processes, in what order shut down before the Operating System
hands the restart process off to the BIOS, and if there is a way to watch
this process in a verbose mode as it goes down to see where they hang at?

As always, any help is greatly appreciated.
