serious problem for IE6

This is what happen when i access google website:
when i key in something in google search website, and press the "Google
search" button, the website remain unchange. The only change is, the word i
type in the textbox is missing.

This is not only happen in Google website, but also happen in other search
engine. The worst case is, it happen to logon page as well. I try to clear
the cookies & temporary files but it seems uselsss.
 
I got the same problem too, the internet exlorer just start acting like
that last night.

Similar things happened to me. It started about a week ago, when I am typing
or reading e-mails in gmail, the browser would just freeze every now and
then....I can minimize the window and do other things, but the gmail window
would just stop responding. And after maybe 15 seconds, it'll be back to
normal.

And, sometimes, a gmail login page would open up by itself.
 
i think u guys misunderstand my problem.
my problem is, the search engine totally not only won't show me the result,
furthermore, it clear the word which i type.

The thing become worst when i try to logon a email. Just imagine, everytime
i press logon button after i finish typing my username and password, the
website still remain unchange and clear the textbox for username and
password. It makes me have to re-type my username and password for N times.
This problem is not last for few minutes but it trouble me for few days
already.

Hopefully the related party can come out a solution asap
