When measekite accused me of not knowing the name of the company from
which I had gotten my very satisfactory 3rd party inks because it did
not exist, that I was making it up, I was offended. As I wrote, it had
been quite a while since I had gotten the ink becasue the large
containers have lasted a long time, and I just couldn't remember. I
should have waited until I got home to check the name of the company,
but I was ticked off at the insult and immediately searched on the web.
Unfortunately, the company I found was not the one from which I had
ordered, but another manufacturer, so I posted the wrong company. I had
considered the comapny I posted, and that is why the name popped up in
my mind, but for reason the order never happened. When I got home last
night I checked the shipment and found the correct name of the company
from which I oredered these very fine 3rd party inks. It is Image
Specialists in New York, not New Jersey, and here is their home page URL:

Maybe I am easily impressed, but I remember thinking that their website
at least gave the impression that they were a very serious outfit that
had put a lot of research into inks. My comments about their inks for
my Epson 1270 still stand: FOR ME they have performed at least as good
as or better in every way compared to the OEM Epson inks. Ink is not an
extremely high-tech, esoteric material requiring many millions of
dollars to develop, so I would not be surprised that an independent
company can do a good job.
I apologize again. I should have never let my emotions get the better of
me and should have waited until I was certain of the company name. I
sincerely hope my error hasn't caused any of you much wasted time,
effort, or money. Incidentally, I have no idea how good the
Repeat-o-type inks are, since I haven't used them. They could be great
as well.
Now I'd really better go away with my tail between my legs.
