Serious Error or Blue Screen

i'm having problem with my Creative Audigy sound card everytime i go to the
internet this blue screen always apear it is a serious error.My sound card is
the last hardware i installed on my computer,i wrote creative but they still
don't solve the problem.my bios is updated my windows xp pro is always
updated,i put my sound card on the 5th pci slot that is far away from my AGP
and my modem.thank you very much!
 
Check your newly installed hardware,i don't think that the main problem came
from my hardware itself.because i bring it back where i bougth it and
exchange with a brand new one.maybe its the creative additional software and
my softwares has a conflict.thank you very much
