I searched Google with no relevant results. I downloaded Serif Page
Plus 5.0 yesterday So far I don't think much of it. It wants to dial-up
when I use it. There is no help line for this old version. Has anyone
had experience with this freeware?

Yes, I tried Page Plus a while ago. I don't remember if it wanted to phone
home. I do remember I found it nothing special.
Not really good, not really bad. NVU, Webdwarf, Selida, Notepad and Stone's
webwriter are all better in my opinion.

Thanks Rod. I really didn't find it that good and tossed it. I will
however take a look see on those you recommend.

Thanks Susan! I guess I should have elaborated more on my search. The
hits I got, weren't much help. I any case the program isn't what I need.
What does "PL2003" mean?

ACF's 2003 Pricelessware List. See my sig file. . .

Thanks again Susan. I have book marked those. The third site shows it's
no longer valid but alt.comp is a valuable asset.

Mark has posted about the problem with the ACF wiki. He's working on it.

I found "Ragtime Solo" ideal for a simpleton such as myself. I had
just a basic poster to do and it is getting me to look like a pro. If
I can work it from the start, who knows what will happen when I read
more. I had downloaded the PDF files as well and may print them to
read as I find time.

I will still keep an eye open for Mark's posts. Learning something
new is never a waste of time.

That's good to know. I'm partial to apps that let you do something
useful right away. :)
