How can i write a formula in excel to convert 30134 in to time like

There are 86400 seconds in a day.
30134/86400 = 0.34877
Therefore, you can format a cell containing 0.34877 as "Time" to display "8:22:14 AM"
(or a cell containing the formula... =30134/86400)
