serial codes not reconised

i have been trying to reinstall tiger woods 2004 and fifa 2004.when i put the
serial codes in i get a message saying the code is invalid on both games.i
have used these codes before with no problems.can anyone help.

Let's try a couple of things to get that working for you again:

1. Startup your system in SAFE MODE by pressing F8 repeatedly
while your system is booting up after you've shut down your system

2. Log in with an account you've created as a "Computer Administrator"
account that you'll use to play the game, but don't use a Limited account.
