Outlook 2007 here. I've got three email accounts set up, all of them
Hotmail accounts i.e. I'm using the Outlook Connector.
In the "Mail Folders" pane on the left, the folders for all three accounts
appear, plus another for "Archive Folders". Here's the problem: it used to
be that my "main" account (the one I use most of the time) appeared at the
top of this list (presumably because it was the one that was created first)
and hence when I lauched Outlook it was the Inbox for this account that I
was presented with, which was exactly what I wanted. However, a week or two
back, due to yet another problem with the Outlook Connector, this account
stopped receiving incoming mail. I solved the problem by simply deleting
the account from Outlook and creating a new one, which works fine. But, the
"new" account's folders are now *third* in the "Mail Folders" pane, which
means that when I launch Outlook I am presented with the Inbox for an
account I rarely use.
I simply cannot find a way to change the sequence of these folders.
Dragging them from one place in the list to another doesn't work, and I've
clicked and right-clicked everything in sight looking for "Move Up/Down" or
something like it.
I'd be the first to admit that this is no more than an irritation, but it is
a very irritating irritation! Can anyone help me solve it please?
