sequence of address books list

Hello All

When I start a new email and press the 'To' button, the 'Select Names'
window has 'Global Address List' defaulted in the 'Show names from the:'
list, but I'd like the default list to be a public folder called 'Central
names and addresses'. How can I do this? At the moment, for almost every
email I originate, I have to click the list, scroll down, then pick the
correct address book, which is a waste of time, and open to error.
