seperating audio from video

i remember stumbling across this a few months ago, but did not write down where i found the option... now that i want it again, i can't figure out how to do it =/
 
put the clip on the video track for the video/audio... put it again on the
audio/music track to use just the video

save a file with only music/audio and it'll save as a WMA file
