Seperate Desktops

Is there a program out there that will allow me to create 3 different
desktops (for me, my husband, and son)? I want to be able to have
different icons on each desktop. I tried one program (can't remember
the name) but when I placed one icon on my desktop it showed up on the
other 2 also. Can anyone help? Thanks
