seperate default browser/email clients

How can I make WinXP have different default browsers for
the different user accounts on my computer? Example, my
wife wants to use IE but I want to use Mozilla. We also
have different email clients that we like to use, but
cannot set different defaults. If XP has seperate user
accounts, why can't I set different clients?

You cannot do this as the "default browser" setting is not
user-specific.
 
There has to be some way to do it, some reg hack. This
goes for email clients as well?

You would think that the way MS did the user accounts in
XP that this could be done. DOes MS still have that
(e-mail address removed) email address to submit things users
would like to see in an upcoming version?
