Separate user desktops

I recently decided to have my kids use the guest account on my computer.
I assumed that they would have their own desktop and could create
their own shortcuts on it, however, the guest account currently shares
the desk with my account. I'm sure there is a way to change this, but
haven't yet come across it in help. Can someone point me in the right
direction?

The Guest account is not meant for when you are feeling hospitable or
want to have your kids use your machine. It is so someone sitting down
at the local computer can have temporary access. It is usually disabled
on non-Home Edition machines.

What you should do instead is create separate user accounts for your
children from the User Accounts applet in Control Panel. Make them
Limited accounts unless they are old enough to behave themselves on the
computer.

I did that (new kids account) and found how to copy the desktop
shortcuts from the all users folder to my account folder. I just
thought that XP would have an easier way to do this, but I guess you
have to do the manual copy.
