I have Outlook 2002 (10.6515.6626) SP3 as part of OfficeXP.
Previously, I have been using Outlook Express for email, and there,
when I want to send queued messages but not check for incoming, or
check for incoming but not send queued messages, I can click on the
down arrow next to "Send/Recv", and I have the option to choose
"Receive All" or "Send All". Now, I am switching to Outlook, and I
cannot seem to find that capability. The only choice seems to be to
click on "Send/Receive" which always performs both functions. I must
be missing something, because it seems inconceivable to me that
Outlook is less "powerful" than Outlook Express. Is there a setting
somewhere I need to make that will turn on a down arrow and present a
choice between Send and Receive? Thanks.
