Is there a way to have separate passwords for windows
logon and microsoft outlook? So that the user would get
prompt when logging into Outlook, but have a DIFFERENT
password for getting into outlook instead of using
windows authentication?

Are you using Exchange? If so, no - what is it you're trying to accomplish?

Yes, Exchange 2000. The user has multiple people on her
computer throughout the day in her department because of
the nature of a few programs on the computer that are
only running on her computer. They need to run reports
and such off of her computer. But of course, they can
open up her outlook email since the computer is logged in
as her. That's why I was wondering if a secondary
password to get into outlook could be set so that they
couldn't just click into her email. I thought maybe
there was an easy way. The obvious solution would be for
her to log out every time she leaves her desk, but that's
not pratical for her.

She needs to log out and have other people log on - or get another pc and
set it up as a "kiosk" with a generic login.
