Separate or different "options" for each Outlook 2003 Profile

I've installed Outlook 2003 on a single user WinXP SP1 PC.

I have defined a OL Profile for each family member pointing to a separate .PST file and created multiple shortcuts on the desktop using the /Profile xxxx start-up cmd.

However, the Tools --> Options dialog and all of the various options are the SAME for all Profiles. How do I get OL2003 to use unique or different set of "options" for each Profile?

Please note that I do NOT want to create multiple WinXP users ... introduces too many other hassles, IMHO.

TIA

The only option that I am aware of to do this
is to create separate WinXP user accounts.

Nikki,

Had a strong feeling separate WinXP user A/C's was going to be the answer. Oh well, back to Outlook Express and multiple Identities. I don't want to install Office (and a swag of other software) 5 times to the same directory just to create the registry entries for each WinXP user. A multi-user setup sounds good but is a pain. MS has got a LOT of work to fix these sort of problems .... assuming they could even be fixed; which I doubt.

Thanks anyway

Seperate user accounts, in a family, have some uses. eg you can prevent
access to certain apps/processes etc

Which is why I said ... "multi-user setup sounds good". However, in MY environment the OVERHEAD of running a multi-user setup is simply not worth the benefits. If those problems did NOT exist, I would do so in a flash.

Anyway, I now back using OLE, with a separate identity setup for each family member using their own signature/options/etc. I had really hoped I could do the same on OL.

I'll re-install Office 2003 Pro minus OL when I get a chance over the next few days.

Cheers
Barry...
