I am assuming you want to change the SpoolDirectory for each queue. I
typically change this for the whole spooler and set this to a different disk
than where the operating system is installed. On a per printer basis this
can be helpful (but time consuming if you have a lot of printers) if the
data coming to the server is several hundred MB. I set this up once for a
large format plotting device, but the rest of the queues went to the same
place. This was more of a manageability issue than a performance one. If
you have a lot of printers, I do not see the benefit of doing this. Anyone
else with better info can chime in on this.
