Lady Dungeness

I would like to use the same computer and same Office XP program for my
upcoming law practice and for my genealogy hobby. I think it's wise for me
to separate the contacts. Can I create two different Contacts/Address
Books, each with its own email address?

That was new! I've created three profiles - Business, NonBusiness (the
default Outlook Today [Personal Folders]), and School. I have successfully
associated my personal email addrss with the Default/NonBusiness Profile. I
have not been able to associate my other email addresses with Business or
School.

I'm sorry to ask such basic questions, but this is my first time. ;-) Can
you help me get the email addresses associated? And then add to each
Profile a separate Contacts? I would like all of them to share the same
Calendar. And if possible, I'd like to change the default name (Outlook
Today [Personal Folders]) to just Outlook Today or to MyName Today.

Thank you!

Lady D

| You can create as many Contact Folders as you want. If you want more
| separation, consider creating separate Outlook profiles.

Not sure what you mean by "associate my email address." Do you mean
configure your email accounts? You can configure whatever email accounts you
want in each profile. Those instructions are provided by the provider of
each account.

Are you sure separate profiles are really the best option for your needs?
You haven't provided a clear enough description of what you want to do for
us to advise you on the best way to organize things. If you want these
profiles to share email accounts and some of your data, you may be better
off with one profile and separate Contact Folders or categories for your
Contacts.
