Sentinel System Driver

I accidentally deleted the Sentinel System Driver from
the Add/Remove programs when I was removing some other
old programs. How important is this and how do I restore
it? Thanks for your help.

Sentinel is not part of Windows XP, but rather a third-party application

That depends totally on how much you used the program that installed it.
And restoring it depends totally on the program that installed it as well.
