Well going to Properties it does show:
Mail Service (.MAPIMail)
But in Explorer, it shows with no file extension. Go figure.

Create a file in Notepad and put in this text:
Mail
Then save it as "Mail Recipient" with no extension.
Then copy it into the sendto folder below.
You should have this already, so you might try going to Control Panel |
Default programs and set your default mail program and then see if that adds
it to the menu by itself.
