What is the correct way to send a PPP with sound, and have the sound play for
the person receiving the e-mail???

Thanks Luc for replying. Info VERY helpful for lots of stuff I didn't know.
Now I'm totally confused....too much info. :) Do I send it as a Single File
Web Page ?? Or do I send as PPS attachment ?? I THINK I've embedded sounds
!!! (Yes...I'm blond!)

Assuming the person at the other end of the email has PPT or the viewer, I'd stick
with saving as a PowerPoint Show (PPS) file and emailing that.

You can test whether the sounds are embedded in a couple of ways:

Locate the original sound files and rename them from whatever.WAV to whatever.WAB
(or just move them to a different folder). If they're not WAV sounds, they're not
embedded. If they still play after renaming/moving, you're probably in good shape
though.

Or use the Link Report feature of the free FixLinks demo at http://www.pptools/com

It'll tell you what's linked to your presentation, if anything.
