Sent me crazy

Tried this program out but started to drive me crazy with the same alert
message pop-ups jumping up every time I restarted the computer - surely the
decision as to what you want to block or allow should only be one time and
one time only! I have removed it.
 
What you saw was not the intent of the designers.

It'd be helpful to know more about this repeated dialog box. I'm not sure
from your message whether this is a case of the particular install not
recording your choice, or whether you have spyware in place which isn't
cleaned, and ths is continually attempting to reinstall itself.
 
Thanks for your advice Bill which encouraged me to have another try. I
re-downloaded the program and installed and this time (as you said it
should!) after dealing with the three pop-ups they have not re-appeared. So,
it seems that it was a case of the original install not recording my choice.
FYI the 3 pop-ups related to "NetBios messenger service"; "Internet Explorer
toolbar button" and "A Browser helper object" (The latter 2 were shown to be
associated with Spware Doctor which is an installed program).
