We have networked computers and when we send a JPG image to the other
computer, it arrives as a TIFF file instead of the original JPG format.

Can anyone explain why?

Thanks in advance!

Magic?

Hi Nick,

How are these jpgs being sent? Email? Copy over the network? What program
is being used to send them? Where did these jpgs come from? Are both
computers involved Windows systems?

Thanks,
Gregg Rivers [MSFT]
