In Outlook Express, when you send email from an IMAP account, a copy of the
message is saved in the "Sent Items" folder associated with that IMAP
account.
I recently started using Outlook 2002 to read email. It seems that Outlook
saves all sent mail into my "Personal Folders / Sent Items" folder. I'd
prefer it to save Sent Items into the Sent Items folder associated with the
IMAP account I'm using (I have multiple IMAP accounts).
I checked under Tools / Options, and it seems you can turn the feature
on/off, but you can't tell it where to put the mail. Am I missing
something?
I know I can create a rule to do this, but I find it odd that OE does this
by default. Outlook seems more sophisticated, one would assume it could
handle this easy task.
