Sent e-mail in Vista

I have an e-mail in my mail box to be sent but it can not be sent out, nor
moved nor deleted nor changed. Windows Vista says that an unknown error has
appeared. As that message is the first one of the sending items box, I can
not send other mails anymore.

can somebody help me
