Sent and Deleted Folders

Outlook Express had 'local folders' for Sent Items, Deleted Items, Drafts,
etc. Does anyone know how to locate them on Vista Mail??

Choose View > Layout from the menu bar, check Folder List (and anything else
you want to see) and click OK.

Do you mean how to see them in WinMail or where are they on the hard drive?
 
There is no layout on my view dropdown list
