I found the directory C:\Users\Default\SendTo, but the system won't
allow me to "add" items like I did in XP.

Any help appreciated.

Open Windows Explorer to:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

Note: where "<username>" is your login name
[or]
Start | Run (type) shell:sendto (click Ok)

Hi,

That's because that "folder" is not really a folder but a pointer to the
real one here:
C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

This is where you would want to add universal items.
